Jacob Farina ATTORNEY IN SALT LAKE CITY
Jacob (Jake) Farina is an Associate Attorney at Younker Hyde Macfarlane, PLLC, where he focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury law, advocating for injured individuals and their families. Before joining the firm, Jake gained valuable legal experience through internships in the fields of criminal law and land use and zoning.
Jake grew up near Fort Worth, Texas. He graduated from Texas Christian University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and a minor in Sociology. Following graduation, Jake developed a passion for law and a strong desire to help people through his career.
In 2021, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming an attorney and attended St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. During law school, Jake distinguished himself by earning a place on the writing team for Volume 54 of the St. Mary’s Law Journal. Jake graduated and received his Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University in 2024.
When he is not assisting clients in our Salt Lake City office, Jake loves spending time with his wife and their dog. In the warmer months, Jake enjoys hiking, fishing, and playing sports such as pickleball and volleyball. Jake is also an avid snowboarder. When the resorts open for the season, Jake can be found hitting the slopes nearly every weekend.
